Matthew has been with us since 2019, but he is a veteran in customer-facing positions.  He has accumulated 10 years in CS/CX roles – and, includes 7 years as a preschool teacher.  This is explains why he is so naturally patient!  He has also worked in professional data entry, as an accounting clerk and has managed and marketed a small business.

In his personal time, he is a novelist and an acting coach.

We believe a great customer experience is founded on keeping the promises we make.  Matthew pledges to:

  • Always answer customer questions promptly and honestly.
  • Always keep customers informed of any changes that may impact their orders.
  • Patiently listen to all customer concerns to help find the best possible resolutions.
